For regular “brunchers,” a Mimosa requires a simple balance between champagne and orange juice. However, everyone needs a little excitement on their day of rest every once in a while.
Give your classic, Sunday brunch a little twist with this recipe:
Ingredients & Supplies:
Champagne (or similar, bubbly drink)
A few blueberries
True Champagne comes from the grapes of France’s Champagne region.
1. Pour your chilled Champagne into your flute, filling it halfway. You can use Ginger Ale, Sprite or any similar alcohol (like we did) as an alternative.
2. Let the bubbles subside and add a couple blueberries just to be cute!
3. Fill the other half of your glass with pomegranate juice.
