Her sequin pants and the sun weren’t the only things shining bright during Rachel Platten’s performance on Sunday. Her voice and spirited manner kept the audience on their feet, singing along to “Stand by You”, “Fight Song” and more.
The skater/acid rock band, Wavves, might’ve seen most of their fans behind a pit wall 50 ft away, but they played loud and the whole crowd yelled along.
Wavves may have only had 30 minutes to play, but they gave fans what they wanted, covering all of their hits and ending with their most popular track, “Green Eyes”.
The hype over Blink-182 was felt all throughout the day at SunFest with people lining up nearly an hour before to make their way front and center for the rock band.
As day turned to night, Blink-182’s Matt Skiba kept the crowd’s energy going with his “no fucks given” attitude and even bolder style.
As smoke billowed around the stage, Blink-182 guitarist Mark Hoppus played into the good vibes coming off of the crowd.
Whether you were a Blink fan or not, drummer Travis Barker was a sight to be seen and left the audience with awe and appreciation as he carried the band for the night.
